Tattle Tale Titles
Our Title Training class is probably our most requested class. It dives into a full in-depth review of what is found on the title and what it all means. Students will learn about the different types of investing, how to spot PACE liens, and how to determine if a title exception will affect a new lien.
This class is great for anyone who has to review titles or discuss title findings with their borrowers. This class is not part of the New Hire Core Certification, but it is included in the New Hire optional bundle for Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post Closing Auditors.
Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
