Our Asset Training classes is one of our most requested classes. Besides reviewing a bank statement, this class covers the following topics: sourcing large deposits, spotting undisclosed liabilities, different types of gifts and gift documentation requirements, calculating IPCs and calculating additional reserves. A calculator will be required for this class.
This class is great for those new to the industry or a needed refresher. This class is automatically included in all New Hire Core Certifications.
Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
