Simplifying Self-Employment
Who said calculating self-employment income was hard? Students in this class will learn the fundamentals that will make calculating this type of income easy. This class includes the full review of conforming guidelines and documentation requirements for all self-employment types. Trainees will learn to manually calculate the income as well as how to use FNMA and FHLMC calculation forms. A calculator will be required for this class.
This class is great for those new to the industry or needed refresher. This class is automatically included in all New Hire Core Certifications.
Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
