This class includes a brief overview of all agencies (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA) as well as a history of Non-QM. This class also covers all basic mortgage terminology, occupancy, calculating LTV/ CLTV/ HCLTV, calculating front-end and back-end DTI and how to search conforming guidelines.  

This class is great for those new to the industry or needed refresher. This class is automatically included in all New Hire Core Certifications.  

A calculator is recommended for this class. It is also helpful for students to have their companies FNMA lender ID available as Fannie Mae's "Ask Poli" will during one of the hand's-on guideline searches.  

Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
