Jubilant Jumbos and Other Notable Non-QM's
The Jumbo and Non-QM Income Training class goes over the basic documentation and calculations of the most common Jumbo and Non-QM Income types. These calculations include an overview of DSCR, Bank Statements, 1099 and VOE only income.
This class is great for those new to the Jumbo or the Non-QM sector of the industry. A calculator will be required for this class.
Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
