Our Income Training class includes documentation requirements for all income types. Trainees will begin the process of manually calculating basic income types (such as hourly, salary, etc.) Stability of income, averaging income using partial months factors and grossing up of non-taxable income will also be covered. Calculators will be required for this class.
This class is great for those new to the industry or needed refresher. This class is automatically included in all New Hire Core Certifications.
Class is recommended for Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
