Condo Approval Training
The Condo Approval Training class dives into the actual review of the condo association documents including the budget. These items are compared with the guidelines to ensure the condo meets FNMA and FHLMC requirements. A calculator will be required for this class.
This class is recommended for Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post-Closing Auditors.
