Note: No two tests are exactly the same so there is no "cheating" or "distributing the test" to other individuals. The tests are designed for common core knowledge and to check the potential employee's ability to search common guidelines. You will receive both a copy of test scores, as well as a PDF version of the test with their chosen answers so that you can evaluate the training needs of the potential new hire and the fairness of the questions the participant received.
