We all know that variation is the enemy of any quality process. Therefore, all new hires, regardless of position, will go through the New Hire Core classes to ensure everyone starts with the same knowledgebase. Our new hire training goes over everything from basic industry terminology to calculating the most complex of tax returns.

Additional classes are recommended for Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, and Quality Control/ Post Closing Auditors. See below for the additional recommendation list.  

New Hire Core Classes include: Mortgage 101, Income Fundamentals, Rental Income, Self-Employment Income, AUS & Credit Training, Asset Training, Insurance Training, and Red Flags & Fraud Training.
