Designed Classes According to Job Title

At My Training Department, we understand that every profession has different needs when it comes to training and development. That's why we have designed our classes according to job titles, so you can be sure that you're learning exactly what you need to get ahead in your career. No matter your area of expertise or passion, we have training courses tailored to your specific job title.
Our training courses are not just informative; they're also interactive and fun. We have a maximum limit of 25 students per class to ensure that everyone gets individual attention, and our training courses are all designed to be hands-on and personable. We use Zoom to conduct our remote classes, allowing whiteboard activities, polls, classroom break-out sessions, game applications, and live transcripts for those who may need closed captioning.
Each participant receives three scores that are averaged together for the final grade. Our training courses include class participation scores, Pop-Quizzes that are done through games, and a final exam that is emailed to the participant to take online after the class session. All scores, including the final average, are emailed to both the participant and the designated person within the company.
